“Crumple a piece of paper into a ball and play ‘basketball’ using a wastebasket or other receptacle.” –quote from ‘60 Ways to Relieve Stress in 60 Seconds’ by Manning Rubin

black hole

A favorite among this blogger’s fantasies is going one on one with the cheerleader at the big game. But this cheerful goddess has divine moves, while I am a mere mortal. So, before you can say slam dunk, I am rigid with stress.

No worries! I just crumple a piece of paper into a ball and, while whistling the Harlem Globetrotter’s theme song, toss the stress away.

“Close your eyes and hum Twinkle Wait! To see how urgently you need to relieve stress, take the stress test on the cover of the book, 60 Ways to Relieve Stress in 60 Seconds.

Cheers to its author, Manning Rubin, coauthor of Keep Your Brain Alive: 83 Neurobic Exercises to Help Prevent Memory Loss and Increase Mental Fitness) for inspiring today’s fantastic neurobic exercise, art and movie here at godslaugh.me
