“Humans are amphibians…half spirit and half animal…as spirits they belong to the eternal world, but as animals they inhabit time.” –C.S. Lewis
The aim of this art is to illuminate “amphibian” humanity’s higher nature, by bringing timeless moments of the eternal world to light, via abstract expressions of emotions that strike an infinite ring of truth outside of time, like the ring around the sound of water a frog jumps in. The quotes may help inhabitants of time make sense of these intimations of im(art)ality now.

Cheers to the team of Leduc and Sum!
Thanks, George, The coach said ‘There’s no I in Team,” just to hear himself talk.
I can feel the energy you two put into this post. I had to savor each ‘moment’. I must say I love the violet moment best but all are mesmerizing. The end quote was perfect for all of the ‘moments.’ So glad to be in a moment when I could connect with your ‘now’.
Thank you kindly, LuAnne, merci toujour for your violet gladness. The energy expended in creating the “im(art)ality now” post is now fully recharged. 🙂 Emily Dickenson, et al., must be beaming forever now, too!
