Happy New Year! ❤

Happy today! 🙂
Love that Nietzsche quote. It should be my 2024 mantra.
Laughing is the best. I feel fortunate that I grew up in a family of very funny people. And they exposed me to WC Fields, the Marx Brothers, Eddie Cantor … For my fifth birthday my uncle bought me two books, the Films of Charlie Chaplin and Why A Duck? (I still have them!) I studied the photos for hours and hours, though it wasn’t until I was in my teens that I finally had the opportunity to see a Chaplin movie. I recall, in 1974, my parents taking me to see Blazing Saddles and hearing my dad’s laughter, and thinking, that is the greatest sound in the world. Good job, E. Sum
Thanks, George. Now I know where your jokes for kids comes from. Keep ’em coming.
